This blog is the work of an Irishman living in the burbs of Dublin City.  I’ve lived and worked in this town on the outskirts of Dublin my whole life but have aspirations to eventually make the move to Canada with my wonderful Canadian wife. As to why Canada? Check out some of the photos in my Albums to get an understanding. Presently though I work as a sysadmin for a dotcom.

My interests are computers, technology and games, movies that make you think and evoke discussion, emotive and uplifting music, and, of course, the clichéd, traveling. Before the move to Canada my wife and I hope to uproot ourselves and go traveling for as long as our budget allows.

This blog however, as yet, really has no focus. I just want to start writing about the things I think about on a daily basis, information I come across that I feel people will find useful and just have a space of my own on the net where I can express myself. I hope to fill it with information about building PC’s, configuring servers, games I’ve played, thoughts on life and the world and pretty much everything in between. As the years role on I’m sure I’ll specialize into discussing only a few topics. But for now i’m leaving it open ended.
