Sorry I haven’t posted in a while, been watching this clip and it’s confused me to the point of not even being able to articulate words. I think it is supposed to be some kind of commentary on deforestation. Possibly NSFW. Video after the jump.

… these 2 videos. Came across them via stumble. The first is a throwback to my childhood (and I’d say the childhood of most mid 20′s males also). The second is just plain awesome. I love anything that deals with slowing/stopping time. Currently I’m avidly watching the show “Time Warp” on Discovery. The second video [...]

Ever since I heard about Parkour a few years back I’ve found it excellent to watch. Since its boom in popularity it’s shown up in a number of movies (Casino Royale, District 13… etc). On the internet though most of the videos that will pop up will be of people failing at it or biting [...]

Over the years I’ve built up a fairly large list of Webcomic bookmarks. It seems that they are a dime a dozen nowadays, so its hard to filter between them and find the really good ones.
Here is my list anyway of the 10 comics that I’ve been coming back to consistently:
1. Penny Arcade: If you’re an internet savant you will have already heard of this comic, as it seems to be one of the biggest out there. It mainly deals with gaming but also dabbles in internet culture and memes.

Recently I was having dinner with friends when one of them mentioned that they had been robbed. That alone was shocking but what really sent a chill down my spine was what had been stolen. Their laptop with all their personal pictures and movies. But not only that, their backup HDD was also stolen. So they had lost all of it, never to see those photos of their holidays again. It was chilling because at my apartment I have all my personal files backed up in triplicate. But where someone to enter my apartment, it wouldn’t matter how many backups I made if I left them all in the same location to be stolen.

My new Sega Saturn Pads… Alright, they aren’t really actual “Sega” pads, more like very, very good knock-offs from China that I bought off ebay. Recently I bought myself a copy of Street Fighter IV, along with it I also got myself one of the SFIV edition Madcatz controllers. It was a good controller, but I felt I had reached my limits with it (i.e. I’d whiff 3 out of 5 of Akumas air fireballs) so I sold it on with the intention of getting myself a decent arcade stick instead. As the days rolled by indecision set in and I realized I didn’t just want a controller for fight games, I wanted one I could also use with a laptop to play ROMs of old SNES and Sega platformers while commuting somewhere.
